— Rebecca A. Burr, 60, no address listed, turned herself in on a warrant at 12:07 p.m. Monday.

— Trey Shields, 21, no address listed, turned himself in on a warrant at East Liverpool Municipal Court at 8:43 a.m. Monday.

— Officers were dispatched to a 400 block Wilbert Avenue home at 4:30 p.m. July 17 where a resident reported someone had entered his home, took multiple items and left. The resident called back while officers were en route to report officers were no longer needed because the person had accidentally entered the wrong house and came back to apologize.

— Officers responded to the 800 block of Chester Avenue at 3:46 p.m. July 17 in reference to several people fighting in the street. Officers checked the area but could not find anyone.

— Kirua Raine Jackson, 33, no address listed, was arrested on active warrant after officers responded to the end of Ohio Avenue near the cement plant gates at 11:15 a.m. July 17 in reference to two people passed out in a vehicle. Jackson and a second person were found asleep in the vehicle.

— A man reported at 10:50 a.m. July 17 a tire on his vehicle was punctured possibly by a man he knows while it was parked in the 400 section parking lot of Woodland Hills overnight.

— Police assisted Liverpool Township officers at a Wood Aly home at 4:44 a.m. July 17 where a resident was allegedly slitting her wrists and a man at the home had requested the complainant to come get her. Officers found that the woman in question had not slit wrists.

— An officer responded to a West Ninth Street home at 1:59 a.m. July 17 where the resident reported hearing knocking on the walls of her house as if someone was trying to break in. The officer checked the exterior of the home and found no evidence anyone had been there.

— Gloria B. Sosack, 35, no address listed, was arrested on an active warrant after officers responded to the Broadway Wharf at 3:29 a.m. July 16 where she reported she wasn’t taking her medication and believed someone was following her even though she knew there wasn’t. Officers attempted to take her into custody, at which time she complained of chest pains and was transported by ambulance to the East Liverpool hospital where she refused treatment and was turned back over to police.

— Brandon A. Green, 29, Echo Dale Road, East Liverpool, was charged with domestic violence after officers responded to a St. Clair Avenue home at 12:52 a.m. July 16 where his partner reported he pushed her and left marks on her chest. She also had bruising to her right eye that she said was from him hitting her a couple days prior.

— An officer responded to a Henry Avenue home at 12:16 a.m. July 16 where a resident reported another resident woke him up and told he had to leave. The complainant said he argued with the other resident about the situation. The other resident was told he would have to evict the complainant.

— Officers escorted a man to a Michigan Street home at 12:01 a.m. July 16 to retrieve his children from his ex-wife who said she could not handle their son. The man said she claimed her brothers were there to fight him when he called her back to say he was on his way. The mother said it was not the complainant’s weekend for the children, but agreed to let two of the children go with him.

— Officers responded to the 300 block of Moore Street at 6:19 p.m. July 15 at 6:16 p.m. July 15 where a resident reported her brother had been at her home and she had asked him to leave when she discovered he was on some sort of drug. She said she then found her cell phone and cashapp card were missing and she believes he took them.

— An East Liverpool Road resident reported at 6:38 p.m. July 14 her ex, against whom she has a protection order, was following her around.

— Officers responded to a Dresden Avenue business at 3:14 p.m. July 14 in reference to a man who had been assaulted in the parking lot. The victim said he had been inside the store checking out and a man he had seen inside followed him out, claiming he stuck his tongue out at him. The victim said he told the man he hadn’t stuck his tongue out at him, but the man did not believe him and said if happened again he was going to “lay him out.” The victim said they then exchanged words and the man then stated “bang bang” and punched him in the face three or four times. He said the man then got into a red Ford and left the parking lot. He said he wanted to press charges but wasn’t sure who the man was. The license plate number was provided and charges will be filed once the man is identified.

— Zed Eli Davidson, 52, East Liverpool, was cited for assured clear distance ahead following a two-vehicle crash in the 15000 block of East Liverpool Road at 4:27 p.m. July 13 in which he was southbound and failed to stop for traffic in a work zone where workers were present, striking the rear of a vehicle driven by Kira Elaine Dunn, 36, East Liverpool. No injuries were reported.

— A deputy responded at 6:51 p.m. Tuesday to the 8400 block of Salem Unity Road in Green Township to assist Goshen Township Police with a call about a person with warrants possibly hiding inside a semi truck. Salem and Washingtonville police units also assisted, but no one was found in the truck.

— A resident in the 47000 block of Metz Road in Unity Township reported at 11:41 a.m. Tuesday that suspicious males were around the resident’s new camper in the driveway. While en route, a neighbor asked what they were doing and they said they were with General RV and had service work to do on the camper. The caller was not aware of any service work being scheduled and had just purchased the camper from General RV. Deputies spoke to the men and learned their work order was written out for the Metz Road address and the name, but was supposed to be at another customer’s residence in Mansfield. The service technicians had already removed the hitch and said they would reinstall it immediately.

— A deputy was requested at 10:49 p.m. Monday by Crisis Center Stark County to check Circle Drive in Knox Township for a male reportedly planning to harm himself with a knife or razor blades. EMT ambulance transported him to Alliance Community Hospital.

— A suspicious person was reported walking in the area of state Route 45 at state Route 558 in Salem Township at 7:35 p.m. Monday, but nobody was found.

— A woman on West Main Street, Salineville reported at 12:38 a.m. July 14 that her father was homeless and was laying in the road. Deputies were unable to locate him.

— A Hanoverton man reported at 10:39 p.m. July 13 that three firearms were stolen from a residence on McDaniel Street, West Township, while he was in the process of moving from there.

— A woman on Buffalo Road, West Township, reported at 8:46 p.m. July 13 that someone claiming to be from Publisher’s Clearing House keeps calling her and telling her she won $1.5 million but she needs to send them $299. She wanted a report on file about the possible scam.

— A woman on Kirk Road in Fairfield Township reported at 4:01 p.m. July 13 that her son wasn’t taking his medication and was screaming at her and disconnected the electric and the cable box. Deputies spoke with the son who said he was leaving due to his mother always yelling at him and that she told him he had to live in the camper in the yard. He said he took his medication and that yes, he did disconnect the electric box, so he could hook up the camper with electric.

— A deputy was called at 6:29 p.m. July 12 to the 6300 block of state Route 170 in Middleton Township for people slumped over inside a vehicle. Nobody was found in the vehicle and the homeowner said everything was fine.

— A possible overdose was reported at 6:18 p.m. July 12 on state Route 14 in Unity Township. East Palestine EMS transported the person to St. Elizabeth Hospital in Boardman.

— A Riffle Road resident in Elkrun Township requested removal of a man from her property at 5:36 p.m. July 12. When deputies arrived, he said he was leaving and the woman said she didn’t want him back on the property. He was told not to return.

— A Harvey Avenue woman in Center Township reported at 2:49 p.m. July 6 that her neighbor was putting in a swimming pool and the dirt was on her property.
